Concept: The Sixth Element Nature's harmony and elemental balance inspired us. While air, fire, water, earth, and light embody nature's equilibrium, our team thrives as the sixth element: people. Guided by this philosophy, we associated each value with a natural element.
A departure from conventional conferences, we opted for outdoor sessions on beanbags, fostering interaction. Team-building activities followed a world café format.
Highlights:
