Participants, under the guidance of local craftsmen, will take or maybe resume contact with the Romanian traditions. We combine folk arts and crafts with things made with heart and soul, we make hiking trips to help us discover extraordinary fairy-tale spots, thought of minor touristic importance.

The program aims to energize and to help us find, at a team level, the shared motivation of being even better. This is a program which is a hundred percent customized to the context and personality of the team.
