Imagine your team standing in front of a wall of 32 sealed boxes, a tablet in hand and the clock already ticking. Crack one open and a challengesprings out — a fiendish puzzle, a tower that refuses to balance, a melody to ring out on coloured bells, a precision shot that has to land justright. Some boxes reward cool, careful accuracy; others detonate into frantic, against-the-clock races; and a handful pit your team head-to-headagainst a rival in a winner-takes-the-points duel. There's no sitting on the sidelines: every personality finds its moment, every quick decisioncounts, and the lead can swing with a single box. Beat the Box turns colleagues into a tight, switched-on unit — laughing, strategising, cheeringeach other on — and leaves them with a shared victory (and a few legendary fails) they'll be retelling long after the final box is closed.

What happens in “Beat the Box”?
Participants are split into teams and each team is guided by a tablet and a dedicated app. Behind every box is a different challenge – a puzzleto solve, a feat of dexterity, a music, balance or precision test, a creative task. The app times the team, keeps the score and unlocks the nextbox. Some challenges are played against the clock, others are free of time and reward accuracy, and a number of boxes are head-to-head duelsagainst a rival team. To do well, the team needs to:
open as many of the 32 boxes as possible and complete each challenge correctly;
organise themselves quickly, playing to each member’s strengths;
win the head-to-head boxes by out-pacing the opposing team.
In the end, every challenge completed correctly earns points, and the team with the highest score is crowned the winner of Beat the Box.

The end result:
Improving fast, purposeful communication under time pressure;
Encouraging personal initiative and the use of one’s own perhaps latent talents;
Energising and motivating the whole team.
