Whether it is about planning the performance, choreography, animal taming or acting the characters, building the scenery and decorating the costumes, this is, in fact, an event that ends with a ceremony that will certainly measure up to it, rewarding all the effort made by the teams.

Requirement, as well as challenge: you must keep up with the time set, because the premiere of the show will take place in the grand arena of your company, on that very evening. 

If you plan it properly and use your imagination, your team is very likely to go home with the prize for the best show! And maybe one of the circus people will get the prize for the best magic show or stunt.
