We split participants into teams. They will go through several “play”-and-learn stages, to achieve an exhibition with pictures from the Delta. Up to now, everything is clear, but... During their whole expedition to the Delta, the participants will be subject to challenges, walks to less known places, not necessarily touristic sites, and will get acquainted to the local customs and stories.

Thus, we will go quickly through some stages in the life of an artist, but we will make sure that the spirit, creativity and inner state are preserved- in the case of this exercise and of the participants themselves. 

The program will end... how else: with planning an exhibition that will be organized in a place available within the company. Thus, you will create a visual oasis of relaxation, but, in fact, also an attractive suggestion to the members of other teams within the company.

OBTAINED RESULTS:

Developing communication skills, finding new resources of creativity, which some participants have not been aware of until then;

Developing the capacity to see things from a different perspective, to take on novel challenges by appealing to one’s imagination; 

Developing empathy and the capacity to think “out of the box”; 

Relaxing and motivating the team.
