Street Food Challenge is an event that perfectly combines the team’s skills with the fun, the creativity and the passion for good food... but also with the entrepreneurial skills.

Participants will need to create their own food truck concept: starting from the menu, the pricing and the production process. Furthermore, the teams will need to create a logo and they will need to decorate the food truck for the customers to flock. We will provide all the ingredients and materials in order to achieve the above.

A successful food truck combines all these ingredients. The participants will be judged by our chefs, but also by their other colleagues. We will take into consideration the originality of the food truck, the creativity and of course… the taste of the meals prepared.
