Formula 1 is a consistent experience, with a fabulous result. The teams manage to build high-performance cars that enter the Grand Prix race. Wheels, engine, brakes, flags waving and the famous Grand Prix which is about to begin. The wheels’ grip is important, so is the speed with which they will find solutions to potential problems, but the team is irreplaceable.
Each team must build a formula 1 car, mainly out of cardboard. This must be operational and just right for the pilot who will drive it.
As this is about a car that will be built from several parts, all through the event, the team members must pay attention to the communication, creativity and time aspects. Each team member contributes to the final result.
After the car is built, the teams enter the track. The race can be of competition or relay type. One way or another… The cars must speed up!
OBTAINED RESULTS:
Understanding the interdependence between tasks when working in a team;
Improving the proactive attitude;
Developing creativity;
Energizing and motivating the team.
