PART I - "VINE & WINE CELLAR“
The participants will start the day very early in the vineyard. The first meeting will be with the vineyard engineer who will present details about planting, care taking, harvesting etc. The vineyard engineer will prepare the participants for picking.
Each participant will receive the tools needed for picking and, for an hour, they will carry out this work. Immediately after picking, the group will follow the grapes' path - loading, weighing, crushing and destemming, reaching the cellar.
PART II – “THE HARVEST CELEBRATION”
Participants will be split into teams. Each team will be part of a trade event/ fair which will have as its central theme “The Harvest Celebration”.

Creating a product that can be representative of the brand or of the company when dealing with the customers;
Motivating the team, relaxation.
