A terrorist team attacks a strategic nuclear plant. They manage to take several hostages and threat to set off bombs. For this exceptional situation, a SWAT company is chosen for the purpose of rescuing people and annihilating the terrorists. To succeed in doing this, all the departments in the company must work perfectly to process and understand a huge amount of information, in circumstances of permanent pressure.
Everything takes place in a race against the clock – the clock figures actually “terrorize”. Each participant has a very clearly established role and a job profile. The SWAT team has a certain structure, being composed of several departments: the General Management, the Intervention Team, the Decoders’ Team, the Technical Support, Forensics, the Human Resources and Communication.
OBTAINED RESULTS:
Understanding the factors leading to obstacles in communication;
Acknowledging the impact of internal communication on the objectives set and the external environment;
Becoming aware of the factors influencing the performance of a company;
Understanding the way in which the organizational culture contributes to increasing the company’s capacity to efficiently cope with various challenges.
