This is a special sales simulation, with immediate effects applicable in real life. It is a modern exercise which gives participants the opportunity to explore effective sales, sales management and the customer-oriented approach.

”Planet X“ takes place on the planet with the same name, somewhere in the future. The participants will be split into two big groups: customers and suppliers. The final purpose of each team is to build and maintain a significant market share on Planet X. The supplying companies must build a strategic plan to approach the market, to generate sales leads, to close the deal, to deliver the products and, especially, to support the customers and the relationship with them.

OBTAINED RESULTS:

Demonstrating the crucial role of analysis and information in the sales process;

Illustrating the importance of understanding the implicit and explicit needs of various customers;

Proving the importance of customer relations and the need to create value beyond the sale as such;

Promoting the understanding of each customer and the flexibility in the relationship with them.
