This activity is a game-based learning activity that teaches participants a change management process and how to apply it.

The game starts honest discussions about needing change in any organization and gets people talking and thinking. Debriefing is based on agreeing on a change objective and creating a vision and a strategy to be applied at the workplace, based on the proposed framework.

Participants are engaged through a relevant and meaningful narrative. During 8 rounds of planetary activity, they have to make decisions that provide instant feedback for their actions. This develops a sense of accomplishment. 

Learning and long-term retention are improved due to the fact that players are actively involved. 


OBTAINED RESULTS:

Participants learn an 8-step process for leading change by applying it to an in-game situation; 

Developing communication skills and role allocation in teams; 

Participants identify and understand the roles and tasks needed in a change coalition;

Identifying the skills and behaviors for leading change successfully and applying them in a given situation.
