Recharge... Activating the senses:

• Our minds, bombarded by a barrage of notifications and information, struggle to access lateral thinking - the creative and problem-solving aspect of our consciousness.
• The constant digital buzz leaves little room for exploring spatial orientation, relying on visual memory to navigate the physical world.
• Authentic human connection, overshadowed by virtual interactions, becomes a fleeting commodity, and our ability to establish meaningful relationships diminishes.
• Furthermore, our bodies, designed for movement and physical amplitude, get lost in the sedentary confines of the digital era. Awareness of our movements, known as proprioception, is often ignored as we remain glued to screens.

The foundation of a Digital Detox Program lies in awakening these dormant senses. It is a call to rediscover our lateral thinking, explore the world beyond the confines of a screen, cultivate authentic connections, and reconnect with our physicality. This pragmatic initiative is not just about disconnecting. It is a conscious effort to find balance in a digitally saturated world and to thrive by accessing the authentic essence of what it means to be human.

Participants give up technology for a few hours and train their senses:

1. Lateral thinking: Participants will solve mathematical puzzles that require unconventional approaches, encouraging them to think laterally and explore alternative solutions beyond conventional methods.
2. Orientation: Each participant receives a page from a book showing the way out of the jungle. It contains various information and instructions written in the Kuuk Thaayyore tribe's language for navigating a space. To understand the order of the pages, they must learn from the indigenous facilitator how they think - from east to west. Attention! In this language, there is no left-right. They will use only the cardinal points for communication.
3. Relationships: Participants will have limited time to interact in small groups (train carriages) with various real-life challenges. They must discover how to solve some personal challenges with the help of colleagues. That will build authentic human connections. Without asking direct questions, they must find out: Who could they leave their child with to attend a concert? Who would give the best wine advice?
4. Movement: We use reaction balls and various games to move the body and accelerate coordination.
