Start of the event:

•Introduction of Breaking the Records Team Event with a crowd game icebreaker 
 

Structure:

- There are going to be 20 world records to break. For each one, there will be a facilitator to explain what the teams needs to do in order to break the record, thus 20 Ascendis facilitators will be present at the event. 
- There are going to be several teams, each team will have about up to 20 people.
- Each record will need 20 minutes to be tried and another 5-10 minutes to go to the next record. 
- In a time frame of 2,5 hours, each team will have enough time to try to beat about 5 records. 
- Each time they will get to see the best result they have to beat. 
- Each team will receive a map and the records they were assigned to. If we have spare time, or after we finish the event, they can go and break any other record that’s on site. 

Closing:

- We will award the best results from each record 

At the end we will try to break a world record with all the participants from the event#

Obtained Results:

- Enhanced team coordination, communication;

- Understanding of the importance of each team member in achieving a greater goal;

- Increased motivation of the team;
