Whilst many see sales as an act of fear, we believe that's it's a more about being able to do something for someone else, but not by using someone. As a result, we created an interactive experience to help you develop sales skills, but also to develop trust-based relationships with your clients.
In this program, each team will be equipped with a budget, a list of things to be purcashed and a suitcase with, what at first, seems like a bunch of random objects. In a limited time, each team will have to buy all the elements on the list, to sale all the random objects in the suitcase and to turn a profit, without using their own money. Throughout the task, each team will have access to the help of an experienced facilitator who will be their coach in critical moments.
We will encourage imagination, charisma, strategic planning and the entire team's involvement. At the end, each team will present their selected strategies, how they managed to realise their sales and what made the difference. The won money will be donated to a charity, selected by the winning team.
So, let's have fun while learning and build strong relationships along the way between eachother, with our clients and with ourselves!
