The participants will gradually pass through a series of dynamic shooting and tactical shooting exercises; exercises ("drills") specific to Special Forces and Force for Special Operations, used on the modern battlefield in unconventional and asymmetrical conflicts.
The program foresees four stages of preparation and development of team cohesion: individual training, binomial work (2 people), team (2-3 binomics) and detachment (2 teams).
Tactical exercises are performed in specific contexts (tactical scenarios) that cause the participants and the cohesion of the group to find the optimal balance between automatism, reflex and adequate response; procedural and decisional flexibility; unit and operational autonomy, etc. Throughout the exercises, a parallel with the business environment (and not only) is kept constantly, but the program being also thoroughly debriefed throughout its course.
