This is a real business simulation that exposes the participants to an intense entrepreneurship experience. The teams have to develop a business taking into consideration all its aspects: the vision, the strategic and financial planning, marketing, etc.
Participants are greeted with a special challenge: developing a successful business during a single day! Each team receives the raw materials for the products they will sell (e.g.: souvenirs, decorative items, candy, etc.). The aim of the program is to make a profit. At the end of the day, the teams will close the "cash registers" and will present before us their financial situation and the strategy they used. If time is short, the products marketed by the company, or any other goods mutually agreed on can be used instead.
Using as a source of inspiration the CANVAS model explained by the facilitator, the teams begin developing the business plan. In doing so, they discuss the competition, about the value proposition, about the unique elements, etc.
After the business plan has been constructed, implementation follows. The roles must be clearly defined because time is short. Starting with this moment, the team will be divided into functions: production, sales, marketing, finances.
OBTAINED RESULTS:
Autonomy, the ability of identifying our own ways of achieving goals;
Determination, as a motivational ingredient needed in meeting any challenge;
Formulating goals, the finality of what we identify as being important.
