The participants will receive intensive theoretical and practical training, during one day, from which they will acquire knowledge on handling a sailing yacht at such a standard, that, at the end, they will be able to raise the sails and steer the ship in the intended direction.

What happens in ”The Black Sea Test’? 

New knowledge, old seamanship secrets and tips will be revealed in clear and simple language. There are only a few key points, to which we add the possibility to gain, in a relatively short time, the ability to handle a yacht.  

The ”Black Sea Test” therefore targets the acquisition of basic concepts and their implementation both at individual level, and within the roles played as a yacht’s crew. Learning new theoretical knowledge, but also new techniques, as well as teamwork discipline are the elements that will be stimulated within this complex and challenging teambuilding programme.
