”The world under” is an experiential program created to provide a practical lesson of strategy and coordination under the supervision of Cristian Lascu, chief editor of ”national geographic” magazine.
The program challenges participants to get fully involved in an unique adventure: visiting some of the most impressive caves in our country, alongst one of the greatest Romanian explorers alive.
The program leads participants to get to know each other, to communicate effectively, to understand and cooperate as a team. Within this experience, the teams will find out the story behind the man who beat physical limits in pursuit of heritage and knowledge. The event takes place in the Mehedinți Plateau, where participants will help each other when descending into caves, will guide themselves by natural signs throughout the path, organize a camp, traverse underground lakes, search the farthest corners of the caves for chests full of "artefacts“, learn to prepare food alongside local people, get closer to nature and understand its importance.
OBTAINED RESULTS:
Knowledge of team members in a survival-type context;
Increase cohesion through exposure to unfamiliar and unexpected situations;
Share personal values and passions and discover new ones;
Improve self-management;
Positive energy and motivation for the group.
