This experience aims to bring smiles and promote a tightly-knit team, improving communication and relationships. Will you be able to keep a straight face?

We will choose from a wide range of activity formats and challenges (some exemplified in the following slides) that will surprise participants and place them in environments that test both determination and the boundaries of comfort zones. We will keep a relaxed manner to maintain the comfort needed to foster creativity and fun!

Depending on the chosen model, participants can:

•Rotate through all set challenges or as many as possible.
•Form a tournament model where teams are pitted against each other to prove who is the most determined.
•Form random teams with different colleagues, joining any available challenge along the way.
