"Unison" is a program that truly motivates all team members by giving them the confidence to achieve the impossible - regardless of the group size. Once the team has "found its voice", they can accomplish anything. The objective of the program is that the attendees perform, all together, a song. 

The bigger the group, the better - the challenge is not to just work together, but also to work in harmony together. "Unison" represents the excitement of achieving the "impossible" in a familiar, yet challenging environment. The result guarantees that participants will have "goose bumps". 

The program is facilitated by professional musicians.

Participants are divided into teams and have some fun and relaxing activities to prepare their body, mind and especially the voice. 

As the participants gain trust, teams are starting to come together. Finally... The show when participants will sing in unison whilst being led by a conductor. 

Thus, the team proves the power of having the mind, heart and mouth open.
