Up in the Sky" – A Complete Business Simulation
Up in the Sky! is a simulation that replicates the complex processes of a functioning airport, challenging your team to manage it in a demanding scenario. The combination of air traffic controllers' expertise and experiential learning methods creates a unique and valuable experience.
The team, divided into six roles, will face challenges such as utilizing limited resources, meeting strict deadlines, overcoming unexpected obstacles, seizing opportunities, and managing risks. The simulation pushes participants to strategize, make quick decisions, and collaborate under pressure to lead and transform their airport into the best in the region.
What Happens in "Up in the Sky"?
The team will manage air traffic (landings and takeoffs), servicing aircraft based on a real operational flow: airplanes land, taxi to the parking position, disembark/board passengers and luggage, are pushed back, taxi again, and get ready for takeoff!
The challenge lies in using limited resources (staff and equipment) as efficiently as possible while striving to adhere to the flight schedule. Any delay results in increased passenger dissatisfaction.
"Up in the Sky" is a comprehensive business simulation focused on team collaboration while also emphasizing the importance of individual roles and how they influence the overall outcome.
