Each business environment has its own unique set of requirements. The same applies to the individual. Each person has different abilities. When we refer to sports or health, there is no standard recipe. One size will never fit all no matter how you slice it!
There are 5 bio motor abilities: strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, and balance or coordination.
Strength: maximal force a muscle can generate
Endurance: ability or strength to continue or last
Speed: full, maximum or optimum rate of motion
Flexibility: ease of bodily movement
Coordination/Balance: state of bodily equilibrium
In Romanian they are named VÎRF (viteză, Îndemânare, Rezistență, forță)
All 5 abilities are keeping us FUNCTIONAL.
Obtained results:
Feddback on the 5 abilities, on each individual functionality state. This feedback is helpfull in understanting the need to imporove some aspects like endurane or mobility. Imrpiving them cand translate into decreased risk of cardiovascular events, joint pain.
A relaxed and agile group dynamics. At the core the programm has diffrent cgallenges that requers participants to mix, find solutions, be proactive.
Feel good energy – this program is based on active rest. Physical activity helps stimulate the release of feel-good brain chemicals (dopamine, serotonin)
