Offer a memorable experience to all the customers setting foot on your doorstep! Go beyond cultural barriers, prepare and drink a coffee on every continent, experiment with the cultural diversity you will encounter.
The teams, representing countries with specific customs and identities, must get into the role and put in place, to the smallest details, ...attractive cafés. Customers from all over the world will set foot in the recently opened cafés and will appreciate the originality of the services and products.
Grouped in teams, we first offer the participants information about the country they will represent, a basic toolkit and a sum of money to invest in resources.
Starting from the information they have received, they will have to build a café which should contain products specific to the respective country, as well as an artistic show for customers.
After building the cafés, there is the visiting aspect. Each participant will have the opportunity to become a (fastidious) customer of the other cafés and test the services and products they offer.
For an impactful assessment, we will use the Eurovision scoring system.
