With the pandemic and working from home, each of us began to ask ourselves questions about how we work, about our implications for our professional life. Whether we see that or not, whether we feel it or not, the way we work has changed radically in the last year and a half. 

The GENERAL OBJECTIVE is for participants to discover themselves in situations where life tests their emotions and behaviors, so that they develop new ways to manage challenges regardless of their nature (loss or change of a job, loss of a relationship, unpredictable moments, different projects, complicated interactions at work, etc.)
