Stress has been called “the silent killer”. It compromises our immune system and it’s increasingly recognized by Western medicine as a major contributor to some of the most persistent and chronic diseases of our time, like heart disease, cancer, obesity, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, depression, and more.

The good news is we all have the ability to build awareness around how we react or respond to stress, and we can all take steps to eliminate stress that’s being stored in the body.

In this workshop you will learn about the importance of a healthy posture and the effects on your well-being, and what exercises can be done to relax the postural muscles and release the stress from specific areas of the body.

You will learn how to relax your nervous system using breathing techniques, and how to increase your capacity for concentration.
