Yoga is a holistic discipline, connecting the body, mind and soul. ne of the main practices of Yoga is "Asana" - positions.

Pilates consists of a series of exercises that improve the position, the force, the alignment of the body, the balance of the muscle and the range of motion.

Yogilates is a class that combines the benefits of both Yoga and Pilates.

The workshop that we propose aims to offer participants a relaxing time. In it participants will learn Asanas that can help muscle relaxation after a day at office.

The workshop will be led by a certified instructor. All participants will have yoga mats.
